This 41 year old patient had underwent gastric bypass a while back and managed to lose a significant amount of weight. She had quite a bit of excess skin due to the surgery. She came from Mansfield, Ohio to The Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery to have the excess skin removed. Dr. Bivik Shah used an “anchor incision” (named for the shape) to remove the maximum amount of skin he could and give her the look she was hoping for. She is now much happier with her stomach. The after photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
