This is a 25 year old male who wanted male breast reduction (Gynecomastia) surgery to help improve the shape of his chest and so that he would feel comfortable taking his shirt off in public. He is from Columbus, Ohio. After discussing all of his options at the Columbus Institute of Plastic Surgery, he and his plastic surgeon, Dr. Bivik Shah, decided on Level II Gynecomastia correction. This means that he had liposuction and then an incision on the bottom half of this nipple and areola to remove whatever the liposuction did not remove. As you can see, the scar usually heals wonderful. The after photo was taken 6 weeks after his surgery.
